Our Legion Groups
We are an active Legion! Our groups organize and host events, fundraisers, community support, and assist in VA activities regularly. Join us and be inspired!
LEGION MEMBERS
Johnson-Baker American Legion has nearly 200 legion members who actively engage in a wide range of memorial services, color guard, volunteering through Veteran organizations and at the VA hospital. We also host blood drives, support Legion Baseball, and attend District and higher level meetings related to laws and regulations that impact Veterans and those currently serving.

SAL MEMBERS
Johnson-Baker American Legion has nearly 70 SAL members who fully support the Legion family through a variety of services and fundraisers. Our SAL group alone has raised and donated over $145,000 to Veteran programs and Veterans in need.

Our SAL is dedicated to continuous growth to ensure the longevity of our Post. We actively support Legion Baseball, offer sponsorships, and aid in Legionville each summer.

AUXILIARY MEMBERS
Johnson-Baker American Legion has nearly 80 Auxiliary members who serve all aspects of the Legion family and the community. Auxiliary has raised and donated over $99,000 to Veteran programs and Veterans in need.

Auxiliary hosts a series of Annual drives for school supplies, toys, food drives, and much more. They are always cooking up (literally) food and ideas that serve those in need.

LEGION RIDER MEMBERS
Johnson-Baker American Legion has nearly 65 Rider members who not only ride, but generate a lot of funds to donate. The Riders have raised and donated over $350,000 to Veteran programs and Veterans in need.

Our Rider group is always on a mission to find new groups to collaborate with and support. We host multiple large-scale bingo events throughout the year, rides, and gun raffles that have contributed to our success.
